CEO and self-proclaimed “Bawse” Melissa Butler has had numerous accomplishments over her 10-plus year career as an entrepreneur. The reformed corporate baddie has been featured on Shark Tank, has a brick-and-mortor storefront in her hometown of Detroit and retails in over 1,000 major retailers nationwide including Target and Wal-Mart. The Florida A&M grad has been named with several other notable names on the list including fellow beauty guru KJ Miller Co-Founder of Mented Cosmetics, Aisha ‘Pinky’ Cole owner and founder of Slutty Vegan, as well as Ryan Coogler, Director and Producer of The Black Panther.
